To begin the management process with our company, we will need a fully executed management agreement. Our company uses the PAR Document Residential Property Management Agreement. Within this document, it outlines the stipulations of our agreed upon terms to manage your property.

We will also need property insurance declaration from the landlord and their insurance company naming First Lock PMC as an additional insured member on your policy.
